Effective September 1, 2026. Updated September 17, 2026 to add signing in with Google.
Counter is a free tool built by Servoflows, a project of Datum Holdings LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. It gives creators one place to keep score of TikTok Shop campaign payouts, samples owed, monthly goals, and editor time. These terms are short because the tool is simple. Using it means you agree to them.
It is a ledger. You enter campaigns, samples, and goals, and it adds them up and shows you what is due. Some parts are shared across every account: the open campaign board, the brand rate reference, the trend tape, and the seasonal filming signals. Those are written by curators, carry a source and a date, and are there to be checked against, not taken on faith.
It is not financial, tax, or legal advice. It does not guarantee that any campaign is real, still open, or will pay what a post says it will. A figure in the app is only as good as the post it was read from. Confirm the terms with the brand before you film.
When you paste a campaign post, an AI model can pull out the brand, the pay, the video count, and the deadline so you do not have to type them. It is told to leave a field blank rather than guess, and it drops figures it is not sure about. It will still be wrong sometimes. Read what it filled in before you save it. The text you paste is sent to the model provider to be read and is not used to train anything, but do not paste anything you are not allowed to share.
You sign in with a one-time email link or with your Google account. There is no password. Keep your inbox and your Google account secure, because anyone who can read your email or use that Google account can sign in as you. One person per account. Do not sign in on a device you share with people you would not show your income to.
What you enter is yours. Only your account can read your campaigns, samples, and goal. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to build anything other than the view you see. How it is stored and how to delete it is in the privacy policy.
Use the tool for your own creator business. Do not use it to scrape, automate, or work around the terms of TikTok, Amazon, Discord, Cruva, Euka, or any other platform. Do not paste in other people's private messages or deal terms without their permission. Curators post to the shared boards in good faith with a source attached, and we remove anything that turns out to be wrong or unsourced when we find it.
The tool is free and runs on free-tier infrastructure. It may be down, slow, or changed without notice. We do our best to keep it up and to keep your data intact, but we make no promise about either, and we are not liable for anything you lose by relying on it. If we ever shut it down we will say so in the app first and give you a way to export what you entered.
You can stop using the tool at any time and ask for your account to be deleted, which removes everything you entered. We can close an account that is used to abuse the shared boards or another platform's terms.
If these terms change, the new version is posted at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the tool after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Anything that cannot be settled by talking is settled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
