Counter Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026. Updated September 17, 2026 to describe signing in with Google.

Counter is built by Servoflows for creators who need one place to track TikTok Shop campaign payouts, monthly goals, and editor block claims.

What we collect

When you sign in, you provide your email address. We use it to identify your account and, if you sign in by email, to send you a one-time sign-in link. If you continue with Google instead, Google shares the name, email address and profile photo on your Google account with us. We use the email address to match you to your invite, keep the rest with your login, and use none of it for anything else. There is no password.

Once signed in, the app stores the campaign, goal, and editor claim information you enter yourself: brand names, payout amounts, video counts, status, any text you paste in, and anything you record about your account standing such as your health rating and any violation you are appealing. This data is stored in our database and is visible only to your own account.

Files you import

You can import your own earnings export from TikTok. That file is read in your browser, on your device. Only the order lines are sent to our database: the order reference, product, quantity, sales value, commission, status and the order, settlement and payout dates.

Every other column in that file is discarded before anything is sent. If a column looks like somebody's personal details, such as a buyer name, address, phone or email, it is named on screen before you save and it is never stored. The original file is never uploaded and we never keep a copy of it.

This imported data is treated exactly like anything else you enter: visible only to your own account, and deleted when you ask for your account to be deleted. You can download all of it back at any time from the Settings tab, as spreadsheets, without asking us.

Rankings we receive from TikTok

Servoflows connects its own TikTok Shop account to TikTok. Through that connection TikTok sends us its daily lists of the best-selling products, creators, videos and LIVE sessions in the United States. For a creator on one of those lists we receive their TikTok user name and display name, their follower and like counts, an identifier TikTok gives our app for that creator, and the range of sales TikTok credits to them. For a video we receive the creator's display name, the video's view, like, comment and share counts, when it was posted, the products it featured and its sales range. For a LIVE session we receive its title, when it started and how long it ran, the host's TikTok user name, display name and identifier, and its sales range. For a product we receive its name, the shop selling it and its sales range.

These lists come from TikTok, not from anyone using Counter, so they include creators and shops who have never used it. Servoflows uses them only for its own research into what is selling on TikTok Shop. They are not shown to people who use Counter, and they are never sold or shared. They are stored with Supabase and only the Servoflows team can read them.

We keep each day's lists for 13 months so one season can be compared with the last, then delete them. If you are a creator or a shop and want your entries removed, email chris@servoflows.com. We will delete what we hold within 30 days and leave you out of the lists we keep from then on.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location. We do not access your bank account, payment methods, or any financial account information. We do not read your messages on Discord, Cruva, Euka, or any other platform. We do not show ads and we do not use third party advertising trackers.

Who can see your data

Your data is stored using Supabase, the database and authentication provider behind the app. Database access controls restrict every account to its own data, so no one else signed in to Counter can see your entries. Not the other creators in your community, and not the person who runs it.

What your browser fetches from other servers

Three things leave your browser on a normal page load, and none of them carries your rows. Typefaces come from Google Fonts. Brand logos are tried against the brand's own website first, then icon.horse, then Google, so those servers can see your IP address and which brand mark was drawn on your screen, which for a brand you have logged means that brand. These requests send no referrer and no cookies, and none of them tells anyone what the row said or what it was worth. If you would rather not make them, the monogram tile that appears when a logo fails is the same tile you would get with logos switched off, and switching them off is on the list.

Text you paste into the campaign reader is the one thing you type that leaves your device. It is sent to the model provider to be read, is not used to train anything, and is not kept. Everything else you type is sent only to Supabase.

That protection covers the app. It does not cover the developer. Chris Wolcott holds the database credentials and can read any row directly in Supabase, the way the operator of any small service can. That access exists to fix faults and answer questions you ask, and it is not used for anything else. If a claim that nobody at all could read your data would matter to you, this is not that kind of service, and you should know it before you import anything.

How to delete your account and data

To delete your Counter account, open Settings, find Your account, and choose Delete account. You type the word delete to confirm and it happens at once. If you would rather not do it in the app, email chris@servoflows.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted.

This removes your profile, your campaign records, your samples and their photos, your outreach, your imported orders, your own tiers, your account standing and its history, your monthly goal, your editor block claims, any TikTok connection and its tokens, your seat in your community, and the login itself. It is the same list as the one shown in the app before you confirm. Nothing is kept after deletion, and there is no retention period. If you own a community that still has other members, hand it to one of them first, because deleting you would leave their community without an owner.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address.
